Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In case of a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Alunea is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather conditions, or other external factors.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or household members, or contact the shipping carrier directly.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
